Calibration and Service
Warning: The SphygmoCor XCEL requires annual calibration. Failure to calibrate on schedule may result in the device falling out of specification, which can lead to inaccurate measurements.
When calibration is due, a notification will appear on screen. Calibration can be completed in one of two ways:
- By the customer, using the XCEL Calibration Kit (available for purchase from CONNEQT Health).
- By CONNEQT Health, by returning the SphygmoCor XCEL to a CONNEQT Health representative. Contact your local representative for further information.
Note: If an 'incomplete calibration' message appears, refer to the SphygmoCor XCEL Calibration Kit instruction manual or contact CONNEQT Health for technical support.
For repairs, contact CONNEQT Health support. The device does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Unauthorized disassembly will void warranty coverage.
