The CONNEQT Pulse is a single-user medical device regulated by the U.S. FDA. It is specifically designed to provide accurate, personalized cardiovascular insights based on one person’s unique physiological profile, including factors such as age, sex, and arterial health characteristics.
Because of this personalization, the Pulse can only be used by one individual. Sharing the device across multiple users can lead to inaccurate results and disrupts the personalized algorithms that generate your Care+ Cardiology Reports and On-Demand Assessments.
Why the Pulse Is for One Person Only
Each CONNEQT Pulse:

Calibrates its readings to a single user’s arterial profile for optimal accuracy.

Delivers health metrics and insights personalized to that user’s vascular system.

Syncs securely with one CONNEQT Health account for ongoing Care+ reports and historical tracking.
Because these readings are individualized, only the original user’s measurements will be accurate. Using the same Pulse for another person—even occasionally—can compromise data accuracy and device performance.

If your arm size changes, or if you’re close to the upper or lower limit of a cuff size, you can purchase a replacement cuff or an extra cuff size for added comfort and fit.
