How to View and Access Your Cardiology Report
Your Cardiology Report provides a deeper view of your cardiovascular health by tracking trends over time, not just isolated readings. Here’s how to access and generate your report in the CONNEQT Health app.
Viewing Your Cardiology Report
To view your report:
- Make sure the CONNEQT Health app is updated to the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Open the app and tap Care+ in the bottom right corner.
- Select the report you’d like to view. If it isn’t listed, tap View More to see your complete report history.
- If a new report is available, you’ll also receive a push notification (if enabled).
Generating Your Cardiology Reports
Cardiology Reports are generated automatically at the end of each 30-day period, based on when you created your account or enrolled in Care+.
- No minimum readings are required. Even if you take no readings, a report will still generate (though it will be empty).
- For the most useful insights, take regular readings throughout the month. The more data you have, the clearer your trends will be.
- Important: Make sure your Pulse is synced with the app before the end of the 30-day period. Any unsynced readings will not be included in your report.

Having Trouble Accessing Your Report?
If you’ve reached the end of your 30-day period and don’t see a report, check the following:
- Confirm your app is fully updated.
- Ensure your readings were synced with the app before the end of the cycle.
- Verify that you’re logged in with the same account used to take your readings.
After Your First 30 Days
- New Pulse purchases include 30 days of Care+.
- After 30 days, you’ll keep access to your vascular biomarker readings and past reports.
- To continue generating new reports, you can:
- Subscribe to Care+ (monthly or annual)
- Or purchase an On-Demand Assessment 10-pack
