How to View and Access Your On-Demand Assessment

On-Demand Assessments give you flexibility to generate cardiovascular reports whenever you choose—outside your monthly Care+ cycle. Each report provides a shortened format highlighting key insights, without the individual parameter trend pages included in full Cardiology Reports.

 

Viewing Your On-Demand Assessments

To view your report:

  1. Make sure the CONNEQT Health app is updated to the latest version from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Open the app and tap Care+ in the bottom right corner.
  3. Select the On-Demand Assessment you’d like to view. If it isn’t listed, tap View More to see your full history.
  4. You’ll also receive a push notification when your new report is ready (if notifications are enabled).

 

Generating an On-Demand Assessment

  1. Open the Care+ tab in the CONNEQT Health app.
  2. Tap Begin On-Demand Assessment.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to take two high-quality Pulse readings.
  4. Once two valid readings are complete, your On-Demand Assessment will generate automatically.

 

Important details:

  • Credits are only used when a valid report generates. If your readings are not usable and no report is created, you will not lose a credit.
  • Shortened report format. On-Demand Assessments do not include parameter trend pages—only a high-level summary.
  • Credits never expire. If you purchased a 10-pack, any unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.

 

Switching Between Care+ and On-Demand Assessments

  • If you start Care+ after buying a 10-pack, your credits will remain untouched while Care+ is active.
  • If you later cancel Care+, your remaining On-Demand credits will still be available for use.
  • This way, you never lose access to reports you already purchased.

 

Having Trouble Accessing Your Assessment?

If you don’t see a report after completing two readings:

  • Make sure the app is updated.
  • Confirm you completed two valid readings during the assessment.
  • Check that you’re logged in with the same account used to purchase the 10-pack.
