Ordering a Replacement Cuff for the Pulse

If you need a replacement cuff for your CONNEQT Pulse, you can easily order one directly from CONNEQT Health.

 

How to Order

  • Visit our Official CONNEQT Accessories Store.

  • Select the desired cuff size.

    • Small: Fits arm circumferences of 8.6” to 12.6” (22cm to 32cm)

    • Large: Fits arm circumferences of 12.6” to 16.5” (32cm to 42cm) 

  • Add it to your cart and proceed with checkout.

If you’re unsure which cuff size you need, check the outside label of your current cuff or refer to your original packaging.

     

    Shipping & Delivery

    • Standard orders usually ship within a few business days.

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your replacement cuff has shipped.

    • International shipping may be available depending on your region.

     

    Warranty Coverage

    Replacement cuffs are covered under the same terms as your Pulse device accessories. If your cuff is damaged or defective within the warranty period, reach out to CONNEQT Support for assistance before purchasing a new one.
