Power Light Is Off

In most cases, the device is not receiving power from the outlet or the power switch is in the OFF position.

  1. Verify the power cable is firmly connected to both the SphygmoCor XCEL device and a working AC outlet.
  2. Confirm the toggle switch is in the ON position.
  3. Test the outlet with another device to confirm it has power.

If the Power light is still off after these steps, contact the CONNEQT Health Support Team.

 

Common Causes

Outlet controlled by a wall switch or power strip: Confirm the switch or power strip is turned on.

Non-approved power adapter in use: Use only the power supply provided with the SphygmoCor XCEL device.

Note: If the device powers on intermittently, the issue may be a loose connection, a failing outlet or power strip, or a damaged adapter or cable. Contact the CONNEQT Health Support Team for assistance.
