Pulse Charging Issues
If your CONNEQT Pulse isn’t charging properly, here are some steps to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Before You Begin

Make sure you are using the official CONNEQT Pulse micro-USB charging cable included in the box or a certified cable from a reputable electronics store.

Confirm the charging source (wall adapter, USB port, or power bank) is working with other devices.

Your CONNEQT Pulse does not use LED charging lights or indicators to show charging status.

Instead, you can check battery level in these ways:

On the device screen (top right corner):
You’ll see a battery icon with four bars inside it, roughly representing 25% bands. (Note: it does not show a percentage value.)

Inside the CONNEQT app (Device Settings):
Open the app → navigate to your device settings → the Pulse’s battery status / charge level is displayed there as well.

Tips & Best Practices

Before first use, charge the Pulse for at least 2 hours (or as recommended elsewhere in the KB) to ensure the battery is fully ready.

If the battery icon shows low bars (e.g. one bar), it’s time to recharge.

Use only the official CONNEQT Pulse charging cable (or a certified cable purchased from a reputable electronics store) to maintain battery health and avoid compatibility issues.

If the battery icon doesn’t move (i.e. bars don’t increase) during charging, try the usual troubleshooting: ensure the cable is firmly connected, try a different power source, restart the device, etc.
- Inspect the cable and charging port for any dirt, dust, or debris. Gently clean with a dry, soft cloth, or canned air, if needed.
- For best results, keep the battery level between 20% and 80% when possible.

Avoid leaving the device plugged in for extended periods (such as overnight) to maximize battery lifespan.
