Subscription Status Issues

If your subscription is valid or has recently been renewed but the SphygmoCor XCEL software displays it as lapsed or expired, try the following:

  1. Confirm your device is connected to the internet, then refresh the license details via Help > Subscription.
  2. If the above does not resolve the issue, restart the XCEL application.
  3. If the problem persists, contact CONNEQT Health Support.
