Tracking Trends Over Time
The CONNEQT App makes it easy to track your cardiovascular health by showing how your readings change over time.
How to View Trends

Select a parameter from your dashboard.

Press the Trends tab.
Trend Selections
You can control what you see on the screen by adjusting two main options:

Timeframes: Daily, Weekly, 1 Month, 3 Months, or 1 Year

Averages: Overall Average, Morning Average, Afternoon Average, or Evening Average
Progress and Readings Overview
Readings Overview
Shows how many readings were taken during the selected time period and displays the change from the first point on the trend to the last.
For Daily, the change is from your first reading of the day to your last.
For longer timeframes, it’s the change from the first point in the trend to the last point.
Tips for Best Use

Be consistent: Take readings at similar times of day to make daily and weekly comparisons more meaningful.

Compare averages: Morning, afternoon, and evening averages can highlight patterns influenced by activity, stress, or rest.

Look for long-term shifts: Monthly and yearly trends help you see gradual improvements or changes in your cardiovascular health.

Use with reports: Pair your trends with your Cardiology Reports for a complete picture of your arterial health.
By adjusting these options and building consistent habits, you can gain valuable insights into your cardiovascular progress over time.
