Updating the CONNEQT App
Keeping your CONNEQT Health app up to date ensures you have access to the latest features, security improvements, and performance enhancements—including Care+ and On-Demand Assessments .
Software Updates
Automatic Updates
If you have automatic updates enabled in your app store, the CONNEQT app will update on its own whenever a new version is available.
- iOS (App Store): App Store → profile → App Updates → toggle On
- Android (Google Play Store): Play Store → profile → Settings → Network preferences → Auto-update apps → toggle On
Manual Updates
If you prefer to update apps manually, follow these steps:
- iOS (App Store): App Store → search CONNEQT Health → Update
- Android (Google Play Store): Play Store → search CONNEQT Health → Update
Troubleshooting
If you don’t see newly announced features after updating, try force-quitting and reopening the app .
Make sure you’re signed into the correct Apple ID or Google account linked to your CONNEQT Health app.
