What to Do if Your Pulse Freezes
If your CONNEQT Pulse becomes unresponsive, don’t worry—this can usually be resolved with a few simple steps. Follow the guidance below based on whether your data has already been uploaded to the CONNEQT App.
1. If Your Latest Data Has Been Uploaded to the App
You can perform a factory reset on your Pulse:
- Press and hold both buttons on the Pulse for 10 seconds.
- The screen may flash off and back on.
- When the reset confirmation screen appears, press the Pulse button (|||||) on the right side of the device to confirm the reset.
Note: This will erase any unsynced data from the Pulse.
To cancel the reset and restore functionality (without deleting data):- Press and hold both buttons on the Pulse for 10 seconds.
- When the reset confirmation screen appears, press the left button (→) to cancel the reset.
2. If Your Latest Data Has Not Been Uploaded
To avoid losing unsynced data, allow the battery to fully drain:
- Leave the Pulse powered on until the screen turns off.
- Once the battery is depleted, fully recharge the device.
- Power it on again and resume normal use.
This often resolves the issue without requiring a reset.
