What's Included in Your Cardiology Report
The Cardiology Report is a personalized analysis of your arterial health metrics based on the data collected by your CONNEQT Pulse. This report helps you better understand your cardiovascular health and offers actionable steps to improve it.
Access & Eligibility: Ongoing access to new reports after your first 30 days requires an active Care+ subscription or an On-Demand Assessment 10-pack. See Free vs Paid for details.
How the Report Works
- Report Timeline
Cardiology Reports are generated automatically at the end of each 30-day period, based on when you created your account or enrolled in Care+.
-
- No minimum number of readings is required. If no readings are taken, your report will still generate but appear empty.
- For the most useful insights, take regular readings throughout the month.
- Important: Make sure your Pulse is synced with the app before the end of the 30-day period. Unsynced readings will not appear in your report.
- Onboarding Process
After setting up your CONNEQT Health app and Pulse, you’ll receive onboarding messages to guide you through taking readings and preparing for your first report. In the meantime, start using your Pulse daily, just like a traditional blood pressure monitor, to ensure a consistent data stream for your analysis.
What Does the Report Include?
- Arterial Health Profile
A summary of your key arterial health metrics, such as central blood pressure, augmentation index, pulse pressure amplification, and arterial stiffness. Each parameter is categorized into ranges (e.g., below, within, or above), making it easy to identify areas that need attention. - Risk Assessment
A visual breakdown of your overall cardiovascular risk profile, grouped into low (green), intermediate (yellow), or high (red). These categories highlight when your results are beginning to trend higher or cross important thresholds. They also provide guidance on the potential implications of these levels, such as a greater likelihood of conditions like hypertension or coronary artery disease. - Actions for Elevated Risk Levels
Recommendations tailored to your results, including suggestions for lifestyle adjustments, potential follow-up testing, or medical interventions. The focus is on early intervention to help reduce cardiovascular risks and maintain long-term arterial health. - Detailed Insights
Explanations of how arterial stiffness and central pressures are calculated using pulse wave analysis, supported by decades of research. These insights show how your results reflect your vascular health and aging.
How Can You Use the Report?
- Track Your Progress: Monitor changes in your arterial health over time.
- Share with Your Doctor: Provide your Cardiology Report to your healthcare provider to support treatment planning.
- Take Preventive Action: Follow recommendations in the report to address risk areas and improve your cardiovascular health.
The Cardiology Report is designed to give you clear, actionable insights into your arterial health, empowering you to take charge of your well-being with confidence.
