Switching Mobile Devices and Keeping Access

You can move from Android to iPhone (or vice versa) without losing your data, Care+ access, or On-Demand Assessment packages.

Keeping Your Data

  • Sign in on your new phone with the same CONNEQT Health app account email.
  • Your readings and report history are tied to your account, not your device.

 

Entitlements and Benefits

  • Any entitlements added by CONNEQT (such as pre-October 10, 2025 benefits or promo entitlements) follow your account across platforms.

 

Plans and Billing

  • App Store–billed plans do not transfer between Apple and Google.
  • If you switch platforms:
    • Cancel your current plan so it ends at renewal.
    • Start a new plan in the new store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
  • Your CONNEQT Health app account and data remain intact.
