In-App Purchase Troubleshooting

If you run into errors when purchasing Care+ through the CONNEQT Health app, try these steps to resolve common issues.

Common Fixes

  • Update the CONNEQT Health app to the latest version.
  • Confirm you’re signed into the correct Apple ID or Google Account.
  • Check your payment method (expired card, insufficient funds, or declined payment).
  • Make sure your store region matches your account settings (Care+ is currently available only in approved regions).
  • If you were charged but don’t see access:
    • Force quit and reopen the app.
    • Tap Restore Purchases in Care+ settings.

  • Contact CONNEQT Support and include:
    • A screenshot of your Apple/Google receipt
    • Any error messages shown in the app
