In-App Purchase Troubleshooting
If you run into errors when purchasing Care+ through the CONNEQT Health app, try these steps to resolve common issues.
Common Fixes
- Update the CONNEQT Health app to the latest version.
- Confirm you’re signed into the correct Apple ID or Google Account.
- Check your payment method (expired card, insufficient funds, or declined payment).
- Make sure your store region matches your account settings (Care+ is currently available only in approved regions).
- If you were charged but don’t see access:
- Force quit and reopen the app.
- Tap Restore Purchases in Care+ settings.
