Missed Auto-Upgrade — Quick Fix

If your account didn’t receive the expected access, here’s how to get it resolved quickly.

Step 1 – Fill Out the Entitlement Intake Form (in-app)

Provide the following details:

  • Purchase email
  • In-app email
  • Order ID
  • Device serial number
  • Platform (iOS or Android)
  • A short note describing the issue

Step 2 – Verification and Granting Access

Our support team will review your details, verify the purchase, and grant the correct entitlement.

Step 3 – Confirmation

  • You’ll receive an email once access is active.
  • If you still see a paywall, force quit and reopen the CONNEQT Health app to refresh your status.

 

How Long It Takes

Most cases are resolved within 2 business days.

Tip: Including your device serial number and CONNEQT Health app account email helps speed up matching.
