Switching Between Monthly and Annual Care+ Plans

You can switch between monthly and annual Care+ plans at any time. Plans purchased in the CONNEQT Health app are billed by Apple or Google, and changes follow their store policies.

Moving Between Monthly and Annual

  • Upgrade to Annual: Usually takes effect immediately (per Apple/Google policy).
  • Downgrade to Monthly: Takes effect at your next renewal. You’ll keep access to Care+ features until the current annual term ends.

To switch tiers:

  1. Open Care+ in the CONNEQT Health app.
  2. Tap Manage Plan.
  3. Select your new plan.

Note: Your current plan remains active on your account until the change takes effect, so you won’t lose access during the transition.

 

Switching Between Stores (Apple and Google)

  • App Store–billed plans are not transferable between Apple and Google.
  • If you switch platforms:
    • Cancel your current plan so it ends at renewal.
    • Start a new plan in the new store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
  • Your CONNEQT Health app account, past data, and current plan remain active until your new plan begins.
