Manage or Cancel Care+
You can update your Care+ plan or cancel it at any time. Plans purchased in the CONNEQT Health app are billed by Apple or Google, and changes follow their store policies.
For example, upgrades may take effect immediately (with a prorated charge), while downgrades usually apply at the next renewal.
From the CONNEQT Health app
- Tap the Hamburger Menu → Account Settings → Manage Plan → Modify Plan.
- This will open your Apple or Google management page for CONNEQT Health.
On iOS
- Open Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select CONNEQT Health.
- Choose Change Plan, Cancel, or Restore.
On Android
- Open Google Play → Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select CONNEQT Health.
- Choose Change Plan, Cancel subscription, or Resubscribe.
What Happens if You Cancel
- Your past readings and reports remain available in the CONNEQT Health app.
- To generate new reports, you’ll need:
- An active Care+ plan, or
- A 10-pack of On-Demand Assessments.
